Thought you guys would enjoy this story...
This past Saturday I went with my sister to the DSW in Carle Place. She found a pair of Ugg boots that we really liked and was debating between the brown and black.
Let me just say that my sister has size 5 feet and the selection was pretty limited. It seemed like all the Uggs were either size 5 or 11.
Anyway, while my sister is debating between the two boots, this girl comes up and asks what size she's trying on. My sister tells her. The girl goes away and then like 3 minutes later (my sister still has on the boots) comes back and asks AGAIN what size!
Meanwhile, the crazy Ugg girl has cornered not one, but TWO DSW workers asking if they have a size 9 in the Uggs. They say no and she asks if she can order them b/c DSW is the cheapest she's ever seen them and "really really REALLY" wants them!
I was thinking, "umm, you need to go to Nordstrom for that type of service, not DSW!"
Anyway, here's the kicker.
My sister is trying on the black boots and takes off the brown one. As soon as she puts the brown boots in the box (but still right by her) the crazy girl comes over and grabs one of the boots and walks down the aisle with it! Then we see her trying to shove her size 9 feet into size 5 boots!!! (Without saying anything!)
OMG! I think she thought maybe my sister was lying about the size!!!
Anyway, my sister decides she wants the brown ones and has to go get them from the crazy Ugg girl who is STROKING the other brown boot.
Yeah. Crazy. I mean, I like Uggs too but...come on!

OMG. I used to work in a shoe store, and shoes definitely brings out the crazy in some people (I had boots pegged at me once)

They were $150 for the knee high ones with a cute little pocket on the side. The regular Uggs were $100.

I have those exact boots in a size nine, I never ever wear them because they are too big on me, too bad I can't make that girl's life complete and give them to her! lol.

that's not much less than they cost at the outlet store in Riverhead. what a tool! it's not like they were $50!

I saw a really cute pari at DSW in commack this weekend but of course the sizes are limited and you think they would have a size 7. NOPE!
