No... he CANNOT be leaving b/c it wouldn't be a show without Micheal Scott. He's the whole show.
So happy to see Ryan come back next week. Working at a bowling alley and dyed his hair blonde. 
When Micheal was leaving I was waiting for him to do the whole "Jerry McQuire" thing. "Who's coming with me?"
I thought Pam would go. Glad Jim didn't or the two of them could never afford to get married.

i must've used that 'who's coming with me' line 30 times - i kept waiting for him to use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i didn't NOT like it - but i have no idea where they are going with this!!!!!!!!!
Here's a question though - when did Ryan leave? He came back...but they didn't show him leaving (i don't think)....

They showed Ryan a couple weeks ago (not sure on dates) telling Kelly he was going to travel somewhere with some friends and that he would resent her if he didnt go. Then he told her they should probably have sex one last time lol.

Yup, that's right! He was going to Taiwan or some other country with a friend from HS. Then he corrected himself and said... well, from A High School. I Love BJ Novak. Not loving the blonde hair though. Loved when he has the gotee (sp).
