Ticked off at a friend! Just venting really! Update
She has 2 cats that she is now keeping her garage b/c they where fighting alot in her house & ruining her carpet. Well has been really hot here all week & today its 104!!! I'm pretty sure they are still in the garage with no fans or ac!
The cats have been indoors for the past few days! Thank goodness.

If that's true and they have no ventilation, that is abuse, plain and simple. Someone needs to stand up for those animals. Someone needs to call animal services if your friend can't have sense talked into her. It can be an anonymous call.
