i think it depends on your overall style. I used to wear them when I was skinnier, I won't now because honestly it makes my thighs look even bigger. If your more urban outfitter/thrift store look then yes, if your express type person then no.

It depends on the look you are going for.. I've worn trouser shorts (go to right above the knee) with black tights, pumps, button down and a blazer.. so long as you pair it right, it'll look good.. and not trashy ;)

For me, this falls under the category of I did it already... when I was in HS.. so I guess I fit everyone else's requirement of being under 18 as well.
I won't be doing it now.
