Tila Tequila Seeking Custody of Casey Johnson's Adopted Daughter
Casey Johnson's purported fiance Tila Tequila says she plans to seek custody of the late heiress' adopted daughter Ava, 3.
Johnson's mother, Sale, currently has custody of the girl (whose godmother is Tila's enemy, Nicky Hilton), but Tila (real name: Tila Nguyen), 28, says that's not what Johnson wanted.
"Her last wish was to have me have Ava," she tells Extra in an interview airing Wednesday.
Tila -- who was not invited to Johnson's funeral Tuesday -- says she wanted nothing more than to see the heiress before she was buried. (A source previously told UsMagazine.com: "She wants so badly to go to the funeral.")
"She's not resting in peace right now," Tila tells Extra. "She has come to me in my dreams."
Johnson, who suffered from diabetes, was found dead Jan. 4. at the age of 30.
Though a cause of death has yet to be determined, Tila says Johnson "had a sleeping problem" and is convinced Johnson's death was accidental.
"I know for a fact; Casey was so excited for our life together," she says. "I know for a fact it was not suicide."

She is a vile, loathesome excuse for a human being. She needs to leave that poor child OUT of her desperate need for publicity.

That baby is the custody of her grandmother because she was too messed up on drugs to properly care for her. And in that drug stupor, ended up with the fame and money ***** vulture that is Tila Tequila.
TT makes me sick.

I want to know how Casey was able to adopt a child in the 1st place. Sounds like she's been a wreck/mess for a long time!

Family has TONS of cash
but this piece addresses the adoption process a little bit

Yeah, somehow I don't think "she threw herself into the daunting process of applying to adopt a baby girl".
I'm sure it was all about the $$$ the family probably donated.
Thanks for the article. I didn't read the whole thing. Just skimmed through it to get to the adoption piece.

**** are you serious? If I were a judge, I would dismiss this in about 30 seconds and tell Tila what a disgusting loathsome piece of publicity seeking trash she is!
She won't get anything-she is not family and she has no standing-this poor baby's life was just turned upside down.
Maybe this gets me because I represented kids-babies are not this season's cool accessory.

This girl is really awful. This baby has gone through so much in her life and she is so young.
I saw her twitter posts on a celebrity blog and she is totally crazy. One second she says she hasnt slept in four days and the next she says she has been dreaming of Casey. Its all attention and its disgusting!
