Tile floor cost
Does higher price really mean higher quaility? HD tiles were like $1.99 and the tile store up the street from me were like $5.99 ...

We used the $1.99 floor tile from Home Depot for our guest bathroom, and I absolutely love it.
For our master bath that we are renovating right now, we went to a local tile store and fell in love with tile that was $6 a square foot. I went online and found the exact same tile for $3.50 a square foot...so I'm not sure if the quality is better, or the local stores just have more of a markup.

Not necessarily. If you live in western Nassau Prestige in Freeport on Merrick Rd was having a huge blow out sale on tiles
