Time periods
why do they say that within three month of ttc your chances are 25 % after 6 months they are 50% and 9 months are 75% (percents are estimated). The true case is that it is the same percent every month. Are they just assuming after 9 months of trying you learn more about your cycle?

I think what they are doing is providing averages. Within the first 3 months of trying, 25% of couples conceive, 6 months 50% of couples, etc. This is not a hard and fast rule though and doesn't take into account other factors.
