Time to drop the nap?
So lately, miki has been napping for about 2-2.5 hours but then she does not fall asleep until around 10 (I put her into bed at 8 but she talks/plays until 9:30-10ish)
If she does not nap at all, she is sleeping by 8:30ish
I do not know what to do, she is KIND of cranky without her nap but she is also cranky in the am when I have to wake her up at 7am if she does not go to sleep until 10
advice/suggestions welcome

Re: Time to drop the nap?
Sounds like she may be outgrowing the nap to me. It may just be a stage, maybe she'll need a nap some days, and no nap others. But I'd definitely try nixing the nap if she's falling asleep that late.

Re: Time to drop the nap?
I'm in the same boat. DD won't fall asleep until 2 and then sleep about 1.5 hours. She's in bed by 8:30 but won't sleep until 9 - 10pm. Some days she's fine without the nap and others a hot mess. For selfish reasons I'm not dropping the nap yet. Although I do tell her, she doesn't have to sleep but she does need to lay in bed and have quiet time. She has some dolls with her. She usually conks out
Sorry I didn't answer your question did I.
