Timeline? for homeowners
How much time from when your offer was first accepted till you were allowed to move in to your house? Just curious how fast or slow this process goes.

Re: Timeline? for homeowners
We had kind of a weird situation, so for us... we made the offer in February, signed the contract in late Feb/early March and didn't close till early September. We knew it wouldn't be till Aug/Sept b/c the owners needed to stay that long.

Re: Timeline? for homeowners
Our offer was accepted in the beginning of May. We closed at the end of September. Moved in mid-October.
We also had a couple of delays with our closing though.

Made an offer, they accepted it same day, closed 45 days later. We then took a couple of weeks to have it painted and move some things over. Yesterday was our official move!
