Tingling sensation
For about a month now I am getting this almost constant tingling sensation on one spot of my back. It is right on the spine in the middle of my back. When it happens it only lasts a few seconds but it is happening all the time. It does not hurt but is getting quite annoying. I am nervous it could be a sign of ms and I know I need to get to the dr. It is just hard with 2 small kids and working full time. Any thoughts on what this could be? T IA

Did you have an epi when you were in labor?

I had a spinal but it was 10 months ago and this only started about a month ago. Could it have something to do with that?????

Tingling sensation
i'd be more likely to think pinched nerve before MS. any nerve compression can cause that tingling feeling. and it can definitely come and go. doesn't have to be painful. my 1st herniated disc cause tingling from my knee to my toes non stop. didn't hurt much at all, but i felt like my foot was asleep all the time. only thing that eventually stopped it, was to get surgery to take the pressure off the nerve.

Re: Tingling sensation
I was getting this for a long while last year & now if I lift ds a lot I notice it happening too. Very annoying sensation. I think it's muscle & nerve irritation. For me the best thing to do is rest it & heat packs & try to avoid heavy lifting if you can.

I have had this, it's a pinched nerve. I used to get one that went all the way up to my head! Haven't had that in a while though. Ice packs helped me tremendously when I had it all the time after pulling something in my back. Heat didn't really work so good, actually made it worse.
