Tiny has a scratch on his belly and he wont stop licking it
My mother in laws dog and Tiny were playing and she scratched his belly. We have been trying to get him to stop licking the scratch, but he has been licking it like crazy when we arent around and now it is raised and looks gross. Tomorrow I am getting him a cone for his neck, but was wondering if we can put something on the scratch so it doesnt get infected.

When Petunia had a scratch that was raised our vet told us that we could actually use Neosporin on i. We did that and is healed very quickly and now I always do it when she scratched herself.
