Tip: indeed.com for job searches
I may be completely out of the loop having not searched for a job in a decade but we've had several candidates come through indeed.com.
Just wanted to throw the name out there. It's a spider site that collects job openings rather than a monster.com / careerpath.com that has the listing that the company pays for.

It's a very cool site. It actually pulls the job listings from online job boards, company web sites and newspapers and puts them all in one place. We use it regularly for our candidates. Fast and effective.
