Tip of the day!
I use the pregnancy tracker on fertility friend and there's a new tip every day. Some are good, some not so good, but I thought this one was so I thought I'd share!
"It is a lifesaver if you put on a crib sheet, then a thin waterproof mattress pad, and then finally another crib sheet. This way if the baby has a leaky diaper, vomits, etc. while sleeping, then you simply take off the top sheet and pad. Then you are ready to put baby back to sleep without having to wrestle putting on another crib sheet."

That is a good tip, although, if you use the Ultimate Crib Sheet, this alleviates all the other steps. BRU sells them. LIFESAVER, even for still my DD who is now 2.

We did that with DS 6 years ago. Definitely worked to our benefit on several occasions.

totally agree! i could never ever deal with sheets and mattress pads. i use 2 UCSs on top of each other and just pull one off when it's dirty--no need to ever change a sheet, which is very hard to do!
