tis the season - what to do for little boy chafing/chub rub?

poor kid has his first sweaty heat rash of the summer. poor little balls.

He just got out of the shower, I put some A&D on it to soothe, then powder.

He was grabbing at his junk and saying, "owwww" Chat Icon. I don't have the equipment, so I'm not sure what will make him feel better! DH said powder should do it, but it doesn't seem like enough.

eta: I did let him "air out" for a while before I re-diapered after the shower.

triple paste has worked well for Jack when he gets the redness underneath and in his butt crack.
