TJ brought tears to my eyes tonight
I gave him a bath and put on his pj's. After we were hanging out on the bed wrestling and joking around with DH and Derek and TJ comes over to me, hugs me and says "Mommy, I miss you."

I wish he meant it in that context.
I think he meant that he misses me because it used to be just me and him and we used to go places and do everything together and now with Derek, so much of my time is spent with him. I really try to do as much as I can with TJ to make him feel special but maybe it's just not enough
