TMI - Pooping
Am I the only one who feels like they are pooping 1 turd at a time??  
I can't take it!!! This constant back up is sooo annoying!!

I hate that feeling. The stool softener in my prenatal really makes a HUGE difference. If I get too backed up Miralax really helps things along for me.

Welcome to my world! It was actually even worse when I was pregnant with DS, but I still deal with it now. That's exactly why I requested an enema when I was in labor with DS.

Yesterday, I couldn't take it anymore - I had a bowl of raisin bran and a large coffee - it did the trick!

I have been eating Meusli with ground up flax seed in it for a few weeks and its saved my life!! Try it!!

Ouchy That's part of the reason I think I am so uncomfortable is bc when I know it's not happening I don't push at all bc I am afraid of getting the hemms!
