TMI... But here it is...
I am going to try and word it in a good way.......and I think we might have touched on this subject before but I am not sure.. my mind is a mess lately... At 34 weeks I am getting pain in my inner, inner thighs right near my vagina and in it. Like it's being stretched..I guess you could say. When I walk I feel like I was bicycle riding for a week straight. it happened once or twice in the past but didn't last for long... now I noticed it again as of yesterday morning and last night while I was asleep.. it hurt to turn or move. Normally I'm in pain when I sleep becuase of my back but this just adds to it. I can get around... but is this some sort of sign of the baby moving further down or dilating ...something? Yesterday the baby was really active and hurting me alot.. I also felt alotttt of pressure and pains all over my stomach periodically. I blamed it on the harvest moon...

I had/have that too...I think it's just "stretching" down there, your body stretching for baby...I don't think it's dialating or anything like that. HTH!

I have had that since my 2nd trimester started- my doc thought I was nuts. But it is so annoying and painful to walk sometimes. It definately feels like I have worked out or something.

I know that the short, sharp pains inside your vagina are stretches that aid in ripening your cervix. Of course when I told my Dr. about those pains all she said was, "oh that's normal" but after doing research myself I found out it's the cervix softening.

I know EXACTLY what you mean! I had it for a good 3 or 4 weeks where it felt like I just went horseback riding and I would need to TOTALLY take my time walking. It took a good minute or two to really get going. It stinks!
I asked the doctor and he said it is the pressure from the baby's head down there. It has eased up in the past week - but if I'm walking too long it comes back again.

TRhanx guys at least I know I am not crazy... I agree it must be the head down position and softening of the cervix. Has to be some sort of 'preparation pain' before delivery...

Re: TMI... But here it is...
I have been having it for a week or so now. I actaully did a post on it since I was scared also. I had the inner thigh pain like I had just rode a horse for 8 hours straight followed by pain around my abdomin and vagina. I still have it but not as painful but, when I do too much I feel it so I have to take a easy. I called my doctor about it and they said it is totally round ligament pain. It seems that alot of woman get it around their 3rd trimester. So, your not alone.
