tmi but i need advice
things are weird for me this month and I just need a little advice.
in the past my cycle was about 27 to 28 days...but over the last 4 months its gone from 27, to 25, to 27, to 25--a typical AF staying around for 5 days
Now this month, AF is here...for 8 days. So weird, this has never happened to me before.
So today is the day i was supposed to "try" again (according to the 25 day cycle ovalation calc) but I just feel like I cant because this weird tailend (hopefully tailend) of AF is happening and it's just throwing me so off and I dont feel so hot.
would you just do it anyway?
fyi...have been off of BC for over a year.

you may need to step up your game a bit, so to speak. from what I read it sounds like you are just basing things on a 25 day cycle with ovulation 14 days after AF starts, right? Is that what you meant by the 25 day cycle ovalation calc? have you tried OPKs or temping?

I agree in order to really know when you are O'ing you need to use OPKs or temp.

thanks for the replies. I 've just been counting days at this point (I'm kinda new to this and was hoping it would be a cinch) but now I see that I do need to get my act together since things are pretty erratic.
I'll have to start the temp charting and opts. def dont want to be wasting any more time!

once again, I'll recommend the book "Taking Charge of your Fertility". It's great and you can probably get it for a nice price on half.com. good luck!
