TMI, im sorry i have no idea. lol
ok this is gonna sound gross.. So im an RN i work at a hospital in the city. ive been doing a hold now for almost three hours, and i looked in my purse and i left my OPK stick at home. Would it be a big deal if i pee in a specimen cup, and go home with it. lol b/c i have an hour car ride home

yeah i know but its gonna be in a cup for 1 hour. so is that still ok?

Put the specimen cup in a bigger cup with ice. When I was pg I had to do a 24 hour urine collection and I had to keep the jug on ice to keep it "fresh" sorry for the tmi
