TMI... OPK's- anyone else find it difficult.....

to wait the full 4 hours before POAS?

good grief, I think it would be easier to ask me to run a marathon every day I'm adjusting my habits so I stop drinking fluids in the afternoon

and that worked? that would be great if I didn't have to torture myself like that.... I think I just drink too much during the day.... I suspect that it may be too dilute to get a +?

someone once suggested to me to pee after lunch, and then hold it until you get home from work. that would be approximately 3-4 hours depending on your job, and it worked great for me. you should always use your OPKs in the afternoon (which i didn't know at first!!)

yeah, that's what I'm trying to do right now. this is obviously my first OPK month... hence the logistical problems
my problem is I usually drink my AM coffee right before lunch, and then drink 1.5 litres of diluted juice all afternoon.... I'm trying to not drink so much, since it could give a false negative

I never wait 4 hours. I just do it when I think of it and I've never had a problem.
