TMI... Pubic Bone pain!
I have had the pubic bone pains for months now. I've suffered the symptoms earlier with each consecutive PG. Well, this has been really bad and it hurts so much! It's always bothers me, but hurts more and more as the day goes on. By evening, it's so hard to get up and down and then at bedtime the pain is so much sharper it's hard for me to move at all. I don't know why it hurts soooo much? I mean almost tears in my eyes pain. It's constant at night. Switching sides in bed hurts so bad. Is there anything I can do? You think I would know, but it only really bothered me towards the end of my other PG's.

Re: TMI... Pubic Bone pain!
I had that pain when I was pregnant with my daughter. I found that prenatal yoga was a HUGE help. There were a few positions that really helped relieve the pressure.

I am so glad you posted about this!!! I really thought I was the only one. I had it near the end with my first pregnancy but this time it came really early. Its so hard to explain to people. It feels like my Vagina is going to pop all the time. And YES at night while switching from side to side is the absolute worst Sorry I dont have any advise but glad you posted.

Re: TMI... Pubic Bone pain!
Oooohhhh, I feel so terrible for you right now. I had something similar to what you're describing. It lasted from weeks 18-26. It was the absolute worst pain I've ever felt. I even ended up in the ER twice for it. My body was shaking from the pain, and eventually I started having contractions there. Please see a physical therapist or at least someone who specializes in prenatal pt. I actually was put on modified bedrest because I was in so much pain. It felt like my pubic bone was crushed. I don't want to freak you out, but I just want you to get relief.
A lot of what helped me was ice! I know it sounds so basic, but I literally slept on like 4 huge flat ice packs that I got from the PT. It would actually NUMB the pain for a little while. Please let me know if I can offer you any other advice. I remember feeling like I was the only one on the planet in so much pain at the time. Feel free to FM me.

I am feeling great! Haven't had that pain since week 26. I'm 34 weeks now & I'm still pain free. (Except for the usual sore feeling in my lower back from carrying this giant watermelon of a belly ) Thanks!!!! I really think that Physical Therapy was the key.
