TMI Question about PP Cycles

I gave birth on May 29th. Last month, I got my period for real for the first time and it lasted 11 days. This month, I got it again and so far, it's been 16 days and going strong still. It's been really heavy also.
Should I be worried, or is this normal?
I was supposed to go to the doctor last week, and I was going to ask him, but then my grandfather died, so I rescheduled the apointment for this Thursday.
I'm getting really really annoyed.

I'm also starting to worry because in college, I had it for 5 months straight. everyday. for 5 months. Not a whole lot of fun, and I'd rather not go through that again!
