TMI QUESTION--FECAL IMPACTION
Really, Really sorry if this is TMI.
Has anyone had this?
If you are not comfortable posting, please FM me. I have been treated for this on Monday. It was a VERY VERY painful morning for me.
Please FM me if you have had this and had it corrected by a doctor..I have a few questions

Or, if anyone has used mineral oil enema, your help is also requested!

Re: TMI QUESTION--FECAL IMPACTION
Not sure if this info helps, but my daughter has had similiar issues and just recently had to have a child emena (Fleet) administered and then followed up with 2 weeks on Glycolax powder (same as Miralax) which worked really well. She is only 2 years old and her issues stem from purposly withholding.

Re: TMI QUESTION--FECAL IMPACTION
thanks! this helps a little bit.
The doctor told me to give myself a mineral oil enema. Umm..its almost IMPOSSIBLE.
But he also gave me the glycolax to mix with 64 oz of gatorade and drink it (as if prepping for a colonoscopy)
I am just so scared its going to hurt even more than it has been. Its been a really really bad few weeks for me.
and talk about humiliating!
