TMI, sorta TTC related..please what do you think??
ok, this is so embarrassing but i am a little nervous here b/c by mistake yesterday and tonight i left a tampon in for about 18hrs (i actually had 2 at one point and didnt realize it!)....
i realized this AM when i went to the bathroom so i got it out, but i am a little nervous about TSS...although i feel fine, no pain, no fever, nothing. i feel totally fine....
i still have AF, do you think i should go to the doc? or see how i feel and make an appointment for like next week or something.
do u think this can affect fertility??? has this happened to anyone else before, i feel like such an idiot, lol

Honestly this has happened to me before and I think you are totally fine, I highly doubt that there is anything to worry about!

I think just about everyone has left one in a little longer than intended. If you feel ok I wouldn't worry. I would however switch over to pads for atleast today.

I forgot mine by mistake a few years ago and it was in for about 24 hours and i was absolutely fine. You are probably ok but just keep an eye on your body. Fevers etc...

yes, i did do that...i keep telling myself i am never using tampons again! lol...but i know myself and i dont see that actually happening

yup.. happened to me too.. for 24 hours.. i just called the doc and he said it was fine..
for peace of mind.. call your OB and just leave a message for him... or even talk to the nurse there!!

I've forgotten before also, and I'm fine. I wouldn't worry about it unless you start to feel sick or get a fever.
