Yes. It can get really bad. I was taking Fibersure, drinking water and eating high fiber cerials daily before it got any better.

I read everywhere that it is. However, I don't have that symptom. Not sure if its b/c of my diet and all the water I drink or just luck though!

For me I thought it was from the prenatal vitamins. I'm now taking the ones with DHA & they seem a little kinder to my system.
