TMI tummy issue question

i have been having some mild cramping for a couple of days. today - whenever the cramps come, i seriously have to run to the bathroom and have some (TMI ISSUES). my bowel movement is not quite diareaha but almost. i just want to make sure this is 'ok' around 20 weeks.

i had a lot of dairy today - for dinner i had pizza, ice cream for a snack and i had a bagel with lox/cream cheese for lunch. i know - not the healthiest day but it is what it is!

I can't say this is "OK" but if it's just tonight, or less than 24 hours I think it's fine. Just Make sure you get super hydrated and if you think it's dairy related, go lactose free tomorrow.

I agree. I don't think I'd be concerned if it only lasted a day. Stick to more plain foods for now, white rice, chicken breast, bananas, oatmeal. Stay away from dairy and veggies for a day and see if that helps.
