To the moms that have lost babies...
My friends lost their baby girl two years ago this week. Last year, Josh and I brought a mini rose bush to her little grave site. This year is super cold...so I am shying away from plant. Is there anything special that has ever been left? We went on mother's day once and left paper roses(her middle name is Rose, so I tend to stick with that) but that was summer time...now with the wetness, seems like that would be a mess.
any ideas? thanks!

We've left stuffed animals, balloons, engraved rocks, flowers, wreaths...you name it.
Is there a vase or is it just a head stone?

A teddy bear - my family bought Rogan a tiny blue teddy bear and it was there for over a year. Unfortunately, when I had to go on bedrest for Colin, it disappeared. I was sort of devastated to find it gone when I went back.....but I have to day that was the most "significant" thing that was placed on his grave.
