How do you keep track of the coupons you hand the clerk?

I hand them to her at the end and watch each one she scans. Usually when I make my shopping list I go thru my coupons too at the same time and put them together before going to the store. I find it easier than trying to search for them while in the store.

Same. I put them in an envelope and write my list on the outside of the envelope. As I grab an item that I have a coupon for, I put it in the front of the pile. I quickly run through them before I go to check out and pull out the ones I didn't use.

Me too. In the past I've handed them at the beginning and on occasions, they've forgotten to scan them.
I do a lot of my shopping at Target too so I have also been going through Cartwheel against my list before going and then I hand that to the cashier when they are done ringing me up completely.

Where do you find these coupons????? I'm always looking for coupons that relate to what we need, but I'm not about to just buy something because there's a coupon for it. Where do you shop?????? I'd be all about couponing if I knew WHERE to find said coupons!

I only get the Sunday paper.
And often, I only clip about 2 or 3 coupons for items I buy often.
I tend to do better with just purchasing store brands and dividing up my trips to several different places since I know I will do better on some items in different locations.

Yeah, that's what I do, there are certain things I get at BJ's, there are certain things I get at waldbaums, target, etc...Just wasn't sure if there was some awesome coupon secret I was missing.

If you go to Living Rich With Coupons, select your store and then the weekly matchup appears. She takes the sales for the week and if there is a coupon (or coupons) available for that product, she posts where to find it, whether in the circular or somewhere online.

I use SELF CHECK OUT!  I like to make sure each is scanned so I rather do it myself.
If I am on a regular line I had them to the cashier in groups of 5-10 and I know how many I am handing to him/her and listen for the beep and watch. If they have an issue with me not handing them over all at once, I nicely explain that I have had problems with them not going thru before. I don't care if they think I am crazy, it's MY money not theirs.
