Today is my 3rd Wedding Anniversary! How do I
celebrate without DH?  This is the second year in a row our anniversary has fallen on his product's trade show week. I guess it will be like this every year, until our anniversary falls on a Sat again.
So how does one who can't have nookie or an alcoholic beverage celebrate this day? Suggestions please!

I was thinking of that but she is at that age where out to dinner with her is NOT fun. But I think we will walk and get takeout from somewhere fun- thanks for the idea!

What about a pizza place or try googling kid friendy for your area, maybe there is somewhere you don't know of. We have this place here that is a cafe with a playground for kids in it.

we usually celebrate our anniversary on the nearest day he has off and we always bring our kids to dinner with us since we can never have someone babysit..This year is our 5th and we wanted to go to the resteraunt we had gotten married at but I forgot its my nieces 1st bday party that day so again even though its on a weekend we wil have to make it another day..As for tonight I say grab some icecream and enjoy a good movie when your dd goes to bed

I agree! takeout with DD would be a good idea.. then maybe get an icecream and call DH this evening and talk to him while munching

Thanks for all the ideas! I just got flowers sent from DH- Something he hasn't done in years- so I know he feels bad he is away. Maybe I convince him to get a sitter for this weekend
I think I am going to use pieces of all of your ideas- there will definately be no cooking and most likely ice cream in some form in my future tonight!
