Today marks 8 years since my Mom passed away
And the hurt is as fresh as if it happened yesterday...
Does it ever get easier??

I don't think so. You'll always miss your Mom...IMO
This past Sunday was the first Mother's Day without my Mom. It was a terrible day. My DH and I went to the cemetery to put some plants..and I cried and cried.
