Today's Doctors appointment..longish sorry
OK I had a Drs appointment this morning. Just the usual check type of thing. We went over my growth sonogram that I had last Monday....
The perinatalogist put in her report that the baby was measuring 4lbs 3oz and was without a doubt over 4lbs. She also put down my due date as 9/9/07...She asked that my dr double check my GD test and recommended another growth sonogram at 35 due to the LARGE SIZE of the baby...blah blah blah...
So my doctor went over everything and agrees with her except he wont change my due date from the 14 to the 9th....(my original due date was from the heart beat so it tends to be pretty accurate)...So I then pointed out to him that then the baby was measuring at 29wks3days at over 4lbs what did this mean.....?????
He said it means that the baby is really big and if I give birth at term he will weigh OVER 10 POUNDS probably closer to 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank Goodness that is just not going to happen...he feels strongly that I will go early..as is my history and I shouldnt worry about this MOOSE.

what great news! A healthy strong baby!! and here's hoping you do go a little early....11lbs would be tough to push!

WOW!!!! At my 33 week growth the baby weighed 4lbs 2 oz......

I'm happy all is well with the baby. How did the rest of the appointment go?? I tried getting them on the phone today for test results and it was BUSY all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally got through, but they don't have results  , and wouldn't tell me what was going on over the phone.
