My fave is hard rock!!! I'm weird though because I also like all kinds of 80s music too...hair bands, new wave...my husband laughs at me

it really depends on my mood, sometimes I prefer hard rock, sometimes more dance like poppy music.
I am dying for the day after THanksgiving when 2 radio stations completely switch to Christmas music!

I don't really have a fav. genre. Since DH I've gotten into the party 105.3 stuff, I LOVE LOVE LOVE a good rock song but I do miss Miz. Kitty on XM

I LOVE hard rock & alternative music.
My favs are Linkin Park, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, Evanescence just to name a few.
But then again I do enjoy listening to Jack Johnson and John Mayer. The more softer stuff

mine? Hair bands - i cannot get enough of Poison, Skid Row, Slaughter...most anything 80's or 90's really... But i also love bands like Styx, Lisa Loeb...
When i'm really upset/depressed though - I need Nine Inch Nails...but if i'm not careful, that takes me to a very dark place....

Some faves: Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Grateful Deal, Phish, Jack Johnson, STP, Elvis Costello, Barenaked Ladies, The Rolling Stones, Velvet Revolver...
I'm all over the place!

OMG - Mark Slaughter was my hubby, Brett Michaels (yes, even though he's skeevy now with the whorey show on VH1), I was more of a Jon Bon girl than Richie - but he was a cutie!!! In Skid Row - the dude with the earring from nipple to ear - was that Rachel?? I LOVED him....

YES Rachel Bolan! A good friend in high school LOVED him. Funny cuz I was teasing my 11 year old nephew since he's turning into a metalhead - I was asking him if he planned on getting all kinds of piercings and I mentioned the Rachel Bolan one!
I was never a Poison girl...the guys were too 'pretty' for me.
My friend had me jam with his band a few times...imagine me singing Youth Gone Wild, 18 and Life and Monkey Business!!! It was a RIOT!

When I was in high school, my girlfriends and I had a rating system for cute/not so cute guys. Out of 10, if a guy had long hair, he automatically got a 5. So we called it an 'automatic 5 for hair'

That's because Mariners fans have nothing to be PASSIONATE ABOUT! Seriously, the more passionate the fan is, the more obnoxious they are- goes with the territory.
Hell- look at the Red Sux fans- the UNclassiest of ALL!
Okay, yes it is control- but that control projects an image of class!
We better watch it or this thread could be moved to Sports
