Today's Weigh In: 7-28-08
Again, I Thank You ALL for your support!
I hardly ever came onto the Diet & Fitness boards, or, if I did, I'd try for a week and have some excuse not to continue...
This Week, Down 1 pound.
Not a lot, but, it's a loss, and I'll be honest I wasn't as "careful" as I could have been.
Total Loss: 11.5lbs

Good job!!! You are doing GREAT! never say 'only X pounds.' I always cringe. 1 lb is a LOT!!!!!!!!!!
