Toddler alternative to Carters long-sleeve onesies?
DD has lived in them the last 2 winters...I put them under her long-sleeve shirts (or short sleeve ones for the layered look) on the cold days to keep the breeze off of her back/belly. But when I was in Carters yesterday they said they don't make them in toddler sizes.
What else can I use? I like how they're fitted so they're not all puffy in the arms under other shirts.
THANKS!

Re: Toddler alternative to Carters long-sleeve onesies?
C....I have to LOL because my g-friends and I were JUST having this conversation this morning when we went shopping.
I am bummed cuz I LOVE to put the Carter's onesies underneath her tees etc....makes her tees last through winter! I'm sure she could still fit into the last size they make since they run so big, but...
So, I'm in the same position!! Plus, my friend pointed out how annoying it will be potty training with the snaps! (we had a good laugh)
But I'm wondering too I loved layering them!

Great minds Chelle!
I have thought about the potty-training issue too, but I still want the darn onesies. I don't think C would fit in 24 month ones comfortably again.
So funny!

Re: Toddler alternative to Carters long-sleeve onesies?
I have also been thinking about this!
I saw 24 mos. onesies in Macy's the other day and was going to get them, but then wasn't sure about them fitting (DD wears 3T/4T clothes), and potty training also came to mind (but we're not really there yet)! But, DD wore the 18 mos ones last fall/winter, even though her clothes were WAY bigger sizes. So I'm thinking, maaaybe she'll fit the 24 mos this year (and if so, C will most definitely fit them!).
I have a friend whose DD was always big for her size, and I remember her having this issue as well (for short and long sleeve onesies). I do believe she found something, so I will have to ask her about that!

i have the same thought too- but isn't there something called onesie extenders? where they snap into the bottom and thus make them fit? i think i've heard of these. maybe One Step Ahead makes them? here is the link (not sure it'll work though!) http://www.onestepahead.com/product/osa/484759.html

Re: Toddler alternative to Carters long-sleeve onesies?
There is a website that sells onesies up to age 5!! I got some last year for DD in size 3 - she was potty trained and we just unsnapped them when she had to go. I cannot remember the website - sorry! but I just did an online search and found them. Also the more you bought the cheaper it was - or free shipping or something. I will see if I can find it and edit later.

Obviously way more pricey than Carter's, but an option nonetheless.

I could have sworn The Children's Place made them up until 4T.

Re: Toddler alternative to Carters long-sleeve onesies?
I bought some size 4T last week at children's Place, but they aren't white and some have designs. I also have a boy and never look at the girl's clothes, but I would think they would make them for both.
i like to use them for PJs. I still like keeping everything snapped up at night.
