Toddler and UTI?
Hi- has anyone else's DD have a UTI?
What are the symptoms. DD is 19 months old and I suspect one, but wanted to see if it matches others experiences.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Does she have a fever? Does it seem to bother/hurt when she urinates? Hope its not a UTI, they're not pleasant. You want to get her treated quickly if she does have a UTI so she doesn't develop a kidney infection which is even more painful and can cause kidney damage. I would call her ped.

She has an appt. on Saturday morning...(whole other issue...arrrrrgggghhhh)
The reason why I think it may be a UTI is b/c last weekend she had a fever of 102 for two days and then it went away. Her wet diapers IMO smell strange and when I called Daycare today they said that she keeps putting her hands in her diapers and is wimpering.
She also hasn't been drinking as much as normal lately.
This is the part of mother hood that I dislike. When they get sick and can't tell you what's wrong!
