Toddler boys shoes--wide! And shoe size/buying questions in general
What other brands carry wide shoes? How do you buy your kids shoes--take them to be fitted or online etc?
Right now DS is on his second pair to Stride Rites, which fit great but are not cheap---I am still pretty new to this whole shoe thing for kids and want to make sure I get him the right ones. I would like to find some cheaper options or even try the outlet, but I am concerned about getting a good fit. I feel better taking him to the shoe shop, getting him fitting and checking the shoes, but its always more money! What do you do?

Many stores sell wide shoes. Payless, Kmart, Walmart, Marshall's (name brands like New Balance and Stride Rite). I buy my DC's shoes everywhere and have never had a problem with her not being able to walk in them.
