Toddler GIrl Moms-- how much did you spend on a raincoat?
I just picked one up for Sash on sale at Bloomies. They had ONE raincoat, and it happened to be 2T, so I just bought it. I don't want to run all over god's creation looking for something else... so I just need an idea of how much these things run. I looked in Marshall's and they had nothing and it's raining today, and I think tomorrow-- so she kinda needs to wear it.

my DD has one from Lands' End. I think I paid $19.99 for it. I'd link to it, but I don't see it on their site at this time. I love it, it's lined and has a hood. She got it in pink. It's not the hard plastic-y type. It's very soft.

I got Elizabeth's from Carters. I think it was around $20 or so. Definitely not more than $30.

DD has a windbreaker type jacket that she received as a gift that I use. I never bought her an actual plastic rain coat.

ok-- I should keep looking. The one I got was like $40, and then 20% off... I just saw it and grabbed it cause after this week I figured I really needed one!!

Last year and this year I got Kidorable Rain Coats
Last year DD had the butterfly (she actually wore that one for 2 years)and this year she has the ladybug with the boots and umbrella. They carry them in a bunch of places but I got the ladybug et at the Stride Rite outlet over the summer. They were having a great sale and I got the coat, boots and umbrella for like $25.

those are cute-- I just saw a little girl this morning with the ladybug coat and boots... I guess I didn't have the foresight to get a rain coat and now I can't find any!!
I think there is a Denny's in Scarsdale, so maybe I will check that out and see if they have any on sale-- I just don't know where to shop up here, and I hate going to a million stores for one thing-- at best, I will prob save $10.
I guess there is always next year!
And I assume the 2T will probably fit her for a while since it will be huge on her now...

I got one at Old Navy. I think it was originally $25 and I spotted it on the clearance rack for maybe $10.
