Re: toddler lunches
Alot of the above, plus
Today I made Chicken Quesadillas. so warm and yummy he loves them!
I hate sometimes I come up with a good idea for lunch that could have been a dinner (when he won't have what we're having) and I never want to give him the same thing two times in a row!
ETA: you are not the only one, Aidan will not eat Mac n Cheese either, I don't get it! I thought it was kid tested kid approved!

Re: toddler lunches
I also vote all of the above.. The smile potato things are good to make it fun!.. My son like Hot dogs, he called them "circles" for the longest time, cause we used to cut them now he likes to eat them like abig boy.. lol...
How old is your toddler?? my son has been going through phases with his foods for the past year.. he is 2.5, somethings change..
I also give him fish sticks, and usuall some sort of fruit.. You can get shaped pasta and make it fun and interesting too.. believe it or not, my son also likes chicken noodle soup too.. HTH

Re: toddler lunches
Emily will usually have a chicken cutlet cut up with applesauce, mashed potatoes, smiley face fries, sweet potatoe fries or Motts makes Harvest Blend applesauce and she loves that! She'll also eat hot dogs, hamburgers or meatballs. She LOVES meatballs. She isn't a fan of pasta unless I sneak it in through other food. I still give her baby food veggies and fruit because she doesn't eat regular fruit and veggies cut up. I don't know why, so hopefully that'll change. She is only 14 months old. I keep trying to give them to her, but they get thrown on the floor.

He just turned 2 last month. I have not tried fish sticks becasue im afraid he will be allergic to fish. He sometimes eats sooo much, then will go days with practically nothing!
