i have my first doctor's appointment tonight.. excited and scared at the same time!

ETA: Is this appointment with Dr. Bell?
Also one quick tip that I do (other do too I'm sure LOL) I make as many appointments as I can each time I come in (i.e. in May I made my June & July appointments). This way you get good times with the doctors you want to see (since you have to rotate).
Also ask for free vitamin samples as you're checking out at the end. They usually give me enough until my next visit!
The staff there is always so nice.

i made my appointments and got enough vitamins to last a lifetime
