TONIGHTS SEMINAR Cancelled-Brown Dog Cafe
Unfortunatly we had to cancel tonights seminar the Dr. son is not feeling well.
Oct 1st- Work/life balance:
The demands on the modern family have grown tremendously over the past few years. Many families need both parents to work in order to "make ends meet." Busy, stressed, and overworked moms are less likely to take care of themselves and may turn to unhealthy coping strategies (food, smoking, etc.) to manage anxiety. Come meet other moms for support and learn ways of balancing the demands of family and work
