I have one, and I like it. But it's not any easier than walking or running/elliptical machine. It's still hard work.

DH had one when we were dating. I used it and I thought it was a waste. I REALLLLLY needed to work hard on it for any kind of feeling like it was working. Walking was a better exercise.
