It's not real. It's a python in Asia not S. America/Africa and most likely it's a pig it has eaten.
I've seen this email before but it says it was an Anaconda and it ate a boy camping.

Yeah I was gonna say it doesn't look like a human shape, more like an animal.

Gross!! Its hard to believe if pictures like that are real or fake. The other 2 you posted it looks like the snake swallowed a big pig or something, not that skinny guy. Ya know?

take a closer look at the top it has a shape of a small head the the shoulders then the waste and legs in a fetal postion.

yeah i've had previous in e-mail too. and they did say that it was an anconda not sure how true it is
