Tooting my own horn
Before I started working here, my team had a backload of cases, about 60, when the average should be about 35-40.
In the six months that I started working, we've gone whiddled that number from 60 to 12 cases 
Only problem?
I'm so freakin' bored. I'm just ran out of work.
So, now the question - do I volunteer to help the other teams, or enjoy a nice relaxing day, surfing the web?
