Top coat that dries thick like shellac
I'd like to get a top coat that is thick I guess. But still dries relatively fast. Does it exist?

Hard Rock by Deborah Lippmann. I see she also has some new top coats. I fell out of love with many of her colors, especially for the price but this product and the cuticle remover are excellent.
