If you're looking for a big selection, I was at The Shoe Box yesterday at The Mile and they have a ton of styles & colors.
I also saw a sneaker style pair at Nordstroms that we like fancy converse ballet slippers.

Depends on what you want.. there is an outlet at woodbury commons like someone stated, but they don't have a lot of the flats simply because they are so popular there is no reason for them to be discounted...
Edited to add that this is what the sales girl at the woodbury commons store told me when I called there looking for a pair of shoes I couldn't find in my size...
