My friend is desperate to lose about 30 pounds. She started the total body makeover program and lost 8 pounds her first week. I looked the program materials over with her and it seems like it really makes sense. I love WW and DH and I are trying that for the new year but for anyone who hasn't had success so far I wanted to share this info.

I think she paid about 100 bucks for all the material but it's this huge box with lots and lots of stuff inside.
