Totally blew it with the OPK's
I have a horrible memory and every time I'm done going to the bathroom is when I remember that I should have POAS 
I'm so upset how do you girls remember to POAS?

You should put the actual OPK test in the bathroom on top of the toilet or on the counter....or right yourself a note and put it on the mirror.

i have it in my head at all times... its a sickness...
i dont know whats worse...
having it on your mind constantly,
or forgetting to POAS..
sorry this happened... maybe try to hold for 4 hours from now and try again... you will still be in the time frame .

Well I'm hoping I didnt miss my O. Since I have it in my head today, I'm not going to forget.
Just that I feel like a failure when I totally forget to POAS

please dont be so hard on yourself.. we all have done it one time or another..
just make sure you are BDing in the meantime.. thats the most important!!
now that you have it in your head to POAS.. you should be okay later... i hope you get that positive soon!!

i keep it out on top of the toilet. i have a hard time remembering too
why don't you try and do it later tonight. as long as it's before 8, you should be fine.
