Totally embarassed
Ok so I let my dog out while I put my son to bed. I then jumped on the computer and completely forgot about the dog. I just had one of my neighbors come to my door with my dog. I feel horrible. My dog was sitting out on her front step wanting to play with her dogs. The poor woman came in her pajamas. I'm mortified!!

It happens to the best of us. We left my dog outside all night once. Luckily it was during the summer so it wasn't so bad.

How did he get out of your yard? Poor thing! But don't be embarrased...you're not theonly person on earth to have their dog brought home by a neighbor!

Glad your dog is ok. We used to have a black lab. I was home (at my parents) in the pool. I was swimming around when the neighbor came back with the dog. He actually scaled the fence and got out...I didnt even see him go.
I told my parents and it happened several times after. We'd have to sit outback with him.
Don't feel so bad...It happens.

I glad she's ok too. She's such a mush. She's half lab and half dobbie. I feel terrible because both my kids have ear infections and my DH is sick also. God it's like having 3 kids sick right now. She hasn't gotten much attention these past couple of days. She just wants to play but at 9:00 at night.
I'll have to look in the morning how she might have gotten out.
