Totally silly question: Just went of bcp....
Last Sat. was my last bcp (yay) My period ended today, just finished the placebo week of pills. I know it takes a month or so untll my body regulates and gets normal again before I can see when I am ovulating.
My question is: Could I possilby get pregnant this month off the pill without getting my regular cycle back???
Hope that made sense...lol Just new to this whole thing

Yes.. but it will be hard to tell when you will be ovulating because you dont have an idea of your cycle length and it may take a bit to regulate.

Yes. In fact, my doctor told me that woman often get pregnant the first month because it is sometimes the most "regular" you will be, in comparison to your cycle on the pill, so you may be able to determine when you O.
August was my first month off the BCP and I was 5 days later than my normal cycle when I was on the BCP. Everyone's body is different, but it is definitely possible to get pregnant the first month.

It took me 52 after stopping the pill to get AF...I thought I may be PG, but no just my bodying taking forever to adjust to stopping the pill...

yes, it's possible. My sister just gave birth two weeks ago after getting pregnant the same month she came off bcp

I would think so. Considering that women do get pregnant when they are on the pill (I know one woman who this happened to TWICE), ANYTHING is possible.
I do agree it may be best to wait at least one cycle (or what ever your doctor tells you) so that G-d forbid you have problems in the future, you can pinpoint what they may be based on various stages of your cycle.
