Tough weekend for Miki
So we went to take holiday pics and it was a nightmare. Miki REFUSED to sit still, we could NOT get a pic of her and my nephew to save our lives. Then, the photographer, my coworker busted out a high stool for miki to sit on so she would not try to climb off, We got a few good pics and then BOOM right off the stool onto her face.  Good thing the floor was carpeted but she was hysterical (I think she was more scared than anything)
then last night, she was playing in the Living room. I asked her to grab a book out of her toy box. She tripped over DH's ***** shoes, that were in the middle of the room  and smashed her face on that Ball popper toy and had a HUGE bump...once again, in hysterics
Surprised she survived this weekend, it was one thing after another

it's more of a bruise now, it is RIGHT in the corner of her eye...thank god, she did not injure her eye or else we would have been in the ER....AGAIN

Oh no, poor Miki. Sounds like she & my DD were chatting this weekend. On Saturday, DD split her lip a bit by hitting her face on her wooden chair...then, she banged her head on our coffee table (although we never saw a bruise from it  ), and then yesterday at a christening, she did a face-plant on the dance floor (that I didn't see, thankfully) and has a mark by her eye too.
Something must have been in the air
Hopefully there are a few pics from the photo shoot that you like

ugh, what a weekend....when miki hit her eye she kept saying, "mama, boooo boooo" "mama, ouch" ugh, My heart hurt from that. I wish I could protect her from EVERYTHING
then, of course, I went off on DH for leaving his shoes on the floor

You know what, we've ALL had those photo days with our kids. This year I had to bring backup to get the shots I did.
Last year (and I kid you not) I went out 6 times to get 4 lousy pics. I drank quite heavily once the card got sent out
